(tak minat peach, kita pakai strawberry , anggur & biscoff) Bahan² - Puff pastry - Cream cheese : 250gm - Gula icing : 50gm - Whipping cream : 100ml - Buah ikut citarasa masing² Cara² 1) Mix cheese + gula, ketepikan 2) Mix whipping cream hingga kental 3) Satukan cream cheese & whipping cream, kaup menggunakan spatula. tak perlu lama, asalkan sebati. 4) Simpan cream dalam chiller 10-15 minit 5) Dah boleh piping atas puff #strudel #dessert #pastry
